INDIAN FOOD COMPETITION “TEMPTATION” 2017
Overseas Bihar Association (OBA) presents Indian Food Competition “Temptation 2017 and invites interested persons to participate in this competition.
When affection & skill work together, whether it’s Food or Art, the result is always a masterpiece.
Let’s all come together for the nectarous & exquisite display of your cooking skills & creativity.
DATE : 22.07.2017 ,Saturday VENUE: TALK OF THE TOWN ,LENINSKY PROSPEKT 113/1,PARK PLACE ,MOSCOW REPORTING TIME FOR PARTICIPANTS : 12.00 HRS SHARP
START OF THE COMPETITION: 13.00 HRS SHARP
CATEGORY:
There will be two categories only:
1. Fruit & vegetable Salads & Mocktails
2. Desserts & hot drinks
JUDGEMENT CRITERIA:
1. Presentation including appearance ,appetizing ,cleanliness & hygiene
2. Taste,Texture and Flavours
3. Proper ingredients /Creativity/ Uniqueness
4. Hospitality including Serving
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.There will be maximum 15 participants in each category ( free participation but first come first serve).
2.Only one person from a family ( Male/Female ) can participate.
3.Only home made fresh item will be accepted.
4.Min qty of the item should for 5 persons.
5.Refrigerator/heater/gas oven/ will not be available at the venue.
6.Only few micro ovens will be available to at the venue to heat up the item, if necessary.
7. It is recommended to bring your own plate/fork/spoon/paper napkin required for the tasting by the judges.
8.There will be 3 independent judges in each categories
9.Results will be announced on the spot.

On July 21, 2012, the recently formed “Overseas Bihar Association”, Moscow, with the support of the Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Moscow, organised ‘Temptation’ – an Indian Food Cooking Competition – amongst members of the Indian community in Moscow. H.E. Mrs Ira Malhotra, wife of the Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Bihar Divas on 28.07.2012 : The major mile stone was the gala concert organized by OBA on 28th July, 2012, which was attended by HE Mr. Ajai Malhotra, Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation as Guest of Honour.
