The Overseas Bihar Association (OBA) is an association of Indians – a non-commercial socio-cultural organization, which was established in May, 2012.
“With an intent of paying tribute to the Great People of one of the fastest growing state of India -Bihar who in many ways contributed to India and Society at large ,it was decided to form this organization and OBA celebrated 100 years of the foundation of Bihar in Moscow ,Russia last year under the banner of “Overseas Bihar Association” (OBA)”.
